ATTENTION CADETS ATTENDING SOUTH PASSAGE ACTIVITY
 
I have not received the following forms for the below cadets nominated to attend South Passage.
You are to send me these forms ASAP (no later than Sun 17 Nov 19) , as the ships requires them ahead of schedule for safety and preparation of our activity.   
Failure to comply will jeopardise your attendance on this activity.
Cadets must be fit to attend this voyage, any injury must be disclosed and any injury that required you to see you doctor (such as a broken arm etc), will require your doctor to state you are fit to attend this activity.
